Nokta is an app where people meet through real places. So that everyone here feels safe, we have a few clear rules. These rules are enforced with zero tolerance.
Sexual content and nudity. No nudity, no explicit imagery, no sexually explicit text.
Harassment and bullying. Persistent unwanted contact, threats, insults, humiliation, following someone around.
Hate speech. Content that demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
Violence. Violence, gore, torture, animal cruelty, self-harm, or content that encourages any of these.
Child exploitation. Any content involving minors. Such content is not only removed — it is reported to the authorities.
Impersonation and fraud. Pretending to be someone else, fake profiles, asking for money or gifts, investment and crypto scams.
Sharing personal information without consent. Posting someone's phone number, address, workplace or photo without their permission.
Spam and advertising. Commercial promotion, driving users to other platforms, bulk messaging.
Illegal content. Promoting drugs, weapons, contraband or illegal services.
1. Report. Every moment and every conversation has a report option. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
2. Removal. Content that breaks the rules is removed.
3. Account action. The offending account is suspended; for severe or repeated violations it is permanently closed and prevented from opening a new account.
4. Legal reporting. Criminal content is reported to the authorities.
