I can't open a moment — it says I have to go there.
Moments on the map open where they were left; you need to be within 20 metres of one. If you'd rather not travel, use the Random Moment feed on the home screen — those moments open from anywhere.
I'm out of diamonds. How do I earn more?
Your free opens refresh every day. You also earn diamonds for every friend who joins with your invite code. Diamond packs and Nokta Pro can be purchased inside the app.
I declined the location permission. What happens?
The map can't show moments around you. You can grant the permission at any time by tapping the prompt inside the app, or via iOS Settings → Nokta → Location.
Can other people see my exact location?
No. The moments you leave appear on the map within an approximate area; your precise location is never shown to any user.
There's a user or some content bothering me.
Every moment and every conversation has a Report option in its menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and content that breaks the rules is removed. You can also Block the user to cut them off entirely; a blocked person cannot see you or reach you.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → gear icon (Settings) → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent: your moments, photos, conversations and balance are removed irreversibly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Nokta. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
What's the minimum age?
Nokta is for people aged 18 and over.
