Nokta — Account deletion

You can permanently delete your Nokta account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

1. Inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Nokta and go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
4. Confirm twice. Your account and all of your data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. If you can't access the app

If you've uninstalled the app, can't sign in or don't have your phone, send a request here. It reaches destek@nokta.app as an email; we verify the account, delete it within 7 days and let you know.

The button opens your email app with a prepared message. If it doesn't, email destek@nokta.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and your username. For verification, send the request from the email address linked to your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, username, birth date, gender, profile photo
• Every moment you left and its photos (including the stored files)
• Replies you wrote on other people's moments and your open records
• All of your chats and messages (removed from the other side too)
• Your diamond balance and transaction history, your subscription record
• Notifications, push tokens, blocks, friendships, your invite code
• Your sign-in identity (the Apple / Google link)

What is kept

• No personal data is kept. In-app deletion completes immediately; requests are completed within 7 days at the latest.
• One exception: if the account was banned for violating the Community Guidelines, an irreversible digest (hash) of the sign-in identity is retained so the ban can't be evaded. The digest doesn't reveal who you are; it only recognises the same account coming back.
• Purchase records stay in Apple's and Google's own systems under their terms; Nokta can't access them.

Deleting some data without deleting the account

• A single moment: open your moment → the remove button in the top right → Remove. The moment leaves the map and is no longer visible to anyone; its files are kept until the account is deleted — email us if you want them deleted right away.
• Profile photo: Profile → tap the photo → Remove photo.
• A friendship: remove the person from your friends list.
• For anything else, email destek@nokta.app.

If you have a subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription by itself; subscriptions belong to your store account. Cancel via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Nokta on iOS, or Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nokta on Android.
